
Return Policy
At Dotless.ae, customer satisfaction is important to us. We ensure that all our products are carefully checked before dispatch. However, if an item is delivered in a faulty or defective condition, we will accept a return in accordance with the policy below.
Eligibility for Return
Returns are only accepted if the item is delivered faulty or damaged.
The request for return must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags/labels intact.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that are not faulty or damaged upon delivery cannot be returned.
Products that have been used, altered, or not in their original condition will not be eligible.
Return Process
Contact our Customer Support team via [insert email/phone/WhatsApp link] within 3 days of receiving the product.
Provide your order number and clear photos/videos showing the defect/fault.
Once verified, we will arrange for the return pickup or request you to ship the product back.
After inspection, we will either:
Issue a replacement, or
Provide a refund to your original payment method (only if replacement is not possible).
Refund Timeline
Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Important Notes
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If the item is found to be in good condition (not faulty), the return request will be declined.
